This position promotes business transformation and productivity improvement within HRBP organizations. By combining HR expertise with digital technologies, we support the creation of value across the entire organization while promoting the visualization, standardization, and automation of HRBP operations.

You will be responsible for everything from redesigning business processes to supporting retention by utilizing digital tools such as M365, Power Platform, generative AI, and AI agents. Through analysis of HR and organizational issues and data utilization, we promote the creation of an environment where HRBPs can focus more on strategic tasks.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Inventory and visualization of HRBP business processes, issue analysis
    , standardization, automation, and advancement of operations using M365, Power Platform, generative AI, and AI agents
    ; information collection, response to inquiries, document creation, progress management, and improvement
    of knowledge sharing processes; planning, implementation, operational establishment, and promotion
    of improvement activities for business transformation measures. Issue extraction
    through HR and engagement data analysis, visualization of organizational and human resource issues through dialogue with management and frontline departments,
    AI-based issue analysis, idea generation, decision support
    , planning and promotion
    of organizational development and engagement improvement initiatives, KPI management, effectiveness measurement, and building
    continuous improvement cycles, HRBP, CoE, Promoting HR Transformation projects in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Requirements
    Practical experience
    in business improvement and automation using M365, Power Platform, generative AI, AI agents, etc.; experience leading
    business process visualization, standardization, and improvement projects; experience
    in data analysis, problem extraction, and planning and execution of improvement measures; analysis and document creation skills
    using Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Communication skills
    , logical thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive projects forward while involving stakeholders
  • Preferred
    Practical experience
    in HR fields such as HRBP, CoE, and HR planning; Experience
    in People Analytics, HR data analysis, organizational development; experience
    utilizing Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, etc.; experience in HRDX, business transformation, BPR projects
