Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Support
    for daily office operations• Responsible for all tasks related to the daily operation of the office (maintenance and management of the office environment, conference room management, basic support for workspaces and equipment, etc.)
    • Responding to visitors, preparing for meetings, maintaining
    the cleanliness and comfort of the office environment, and general general affairs such
    as receiving and sending couriers, mail, and organizing documents 2. Equipment and asset management
    • Purchasing, inventory management, distribution, and replenishment
    of office supplies and consumables• Registration of fixed assets (PC peripherals, office equipment, etc.), maintenance of management ledgers, and inventory
    • Coordination of communication with business partners and vendors (request for quotations, comparisons, orders, delivery confirmations, etc.)
    3. Cooperation
    with vendors and building management companies• Contacting with building management companies and promoting
    problem solving• Responding
    to emergencies such as office equipment breakdowns and repair arrangements • Supporting
    daily communication and coordination of office-related external services 4. Internal communication and collaboration support
    • Smoothly coordinating with each department to respond promptly
    to requests related to office operations • Operation/logistical support for internal meetings and events (equipment preparation, venue setup, etc.)

  • Requirements
    At least
    2 years of work experience Japanese native level
