Laber Relation Specialist

Under the Corporate Manager, together with other labor personnel, you will be responsible for overall labor practices, such as attendance management, management of entry and exit from the company, and management of social insurance procedures and health checkups. It's not just about running a routine, it's about identifying issues in a fast-growing organization and updating it to a more efficient and error-free system.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Execution and improvement of labor operations:
    ・Execution
    of a series of labor operations, such as attendance management, payroll assistance (cooperation with external outsourcers), social insurance procedures, onboarding and departure procedures, etc., and make full use of SaaS tools such as SmartHR to promote
    continuous improvement and efficiency of business flows. ■Strengthening IPO preparation and labor governance:
    ・Support
    for the establishment of a labor governance system required as a company preparing for an IPO ・Response
    to labor audits by the Labor Standards Inspection Office, securities companies, and auditing firms ・Development and update
    of internal regulations such as employment rules ■Creation of an environment where employees can work with peace of mind:
    ・Health management (planning and implementation of health checkups and stress checks)
    ・Safety and health management (cooperation with industrial physicians, measures against overwork, etc.)
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience in human resources and labor affairs at a business company (1 year ~ 3 years or more), or work experience at a social and labor attorney office (more than 1 year)
    ・Knowledge and experience
    to independently perform a series of practical tasks such as attendance management, social insurance procedures, and health checkup management・Experience
    in using cloud-based human resources and labor software such as SmartHR・Basic knowledge
    of various labor laws such as the Labor Standards Act ・Data management ability using spreadsheets and Excel (practical experience in using VLOOKUP, IF, QUERY functions, etc.)
  • Preferred
    ・Labor practical experience
    at IPO preparation companies or listed companies・Experience
    in various labor audits (for labor standards inspection offices, securities companies, and audit firms) ・Practical experience
