Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Support customer-facing activities with Japanese OEMs, including participation in technical and commercial discussions
    Build relationships with global engineering, product, and strategy teams
    Assist in project coordination to ensure delivery, quality, and timeline alignment
    Support executive-level meetings and internal stakeholder communication
    Learn and contribute to the full product development lifecycle (0 → 1)
    Take ownership of defined project or program segments as experience grows
    Develop technical and commercial understanding to bridge customer needs and internal teams
  • Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Finance, or related)
    2–4 years of professional experience in a structured corporate environment
    Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
    Business-level Japanese and English (or strong motivation to reach this level)
    High learning agility and ownership mindset
  • Preferred
    Experience in automotive, Tier 1, or technology-related industries
    Experience in project coordination, engineering support, or customer-facing roles
    Interest in software-driven or embedded systems products
    International mindset and willingness to work in a global environment
