This division is responsible for the control development of ECUs that integrate and control motors, generators, engines, and more for EVs and PHEVs (electric vehicles).
Due to the growing environmental concerns in recent years, our company is focusing on promoting the electrification of planned vehicles, mainly PHEVs, under the theme of Environmental Target 2030, aiming
to achieve 40% of new vehicle CO2 emissions compared to fiscal 2010 levels by 2030.
We aim to enhance the number of personnel responsible for control design of EVs and PHEV-ECUs (control devices), which are the core of electric vehicles, to realize Environmental Target 2030.
Job Description
-
- Responsibilities
・Design of systems and control specifications for EV and PHEV driving control and high-voltage power supply control, etc.
・Model-based control development
・Hardware design for EV and PHEV ECUs
・Design of fault diagnosis and service functions for EV and PHEV ECUs
・Control of motors and batteries
You will be responsible for one of the tasks listed above.

- Requirements
- ・Experience in ECU hardware design, control design, fault diagnosis, or service function design
・Majors
in mechanical, electrical, information, or materials fields ・Technical college degree or above ・Science majors required
・Driver's license

- Preferred
- ・Experience
in powertrain development, experimentation, or analysis ・English: Language proficiency to communicate with overseas affiliates via email, phone, and web conference
