In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing aircraft structures that consider lightweight reduction and packaging optimization of air mobility aircraft.
Leveraging the expertise gained in automobiles, you can engage in advanced research and development that shapes future transportation methods.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
・Research, development, and demonstration of new mobility solutions and innovative structures (new vehicle types, robots, drones, etc.)
・Research, development, and demonstration of AI application technologies (physical AI, next-generation sensors [quantum sensors], etc.)
・Research, development, and demonstration in the field of energy resilience (next-generation batteries, biofuels, nanotechnology, fuel cells, etc.)
As an airframe structural design engineer for new air mobility, you will be involved in research and development to realize future air transportation.
・Design and development of airframe structures that balance lightweight construction with robustness
・Analysis and design of airframe packaging based on functional and performance requirements
・Design improvements and structural optimization based on evaluation and analysis results of prototypes
・Formulation of design policies for development projects, resolution of technical issues, and promotion of development

- Requirements
- ・Experience
in structural design and development for drones, aircraft, automobiles, etc. ・Experience with 3D CAD such as CATIA V5

- Preferred
- ・Experience
in composite material design such as CFRP, or in aluminum and steel component design ・Experience
in structural analysis by CAE ・Experience
in metamaterial development ・Experience in new or advanced development
・Experience in technical communication in English
