・Lead researcher for pioneering research on new batteries for next-generation electric vehicles
・Research on new materials, cell design recipes, and cell structures
・Collaborative research with external partners (universities, startups, etc.) and establishing the necessary infrastructure
<Tools Used>
・Electrochemical measurement equipment (charge/discharge systems, impedance analyzers, etc.)
・MATLAB and the general-purpose simulation software GT-SUTE (training will be provided after joining)

- Responsibilities
・Research, development, and demonstration of new mobility solutions and innovative structures (new vehicle types, robots, drones, etc.)
・Research, development, and demonstration of AI application technologies (physical AI, next-generation sensors [quantum sensors], etc.)
・Research, development, and demonstration in the field of energy resilience (next-generation batteries, biofuels, nanotechnology, fuel cells, etc.)
As an airframe structural design engineer for new air mobility, you will be involved in research and development to realize future air transportation.
・Design and development of airframe structures that balance lightweight construction with robustness
・Analysis and design of airframe packaging based on functional and performance requirements
・Design improvements and structural optimization based on evaluation and analysis results of prototypes
・Formulation of design policies for development projects, resolution of technical issues, and promotion of development

- Requirements

・Experience in any one of the following areas:
1. Research and development of lithium-ion battery materials, electrodes, cell structures, etc.
2. Battery production process development
3. Experience in BMU development or battery analysis
・Knowledge of electrochemistry, mechanical design, or functional materials
・Experience in independently identifying and solving problems

・Ability to engage in technical discussions in English
・Experience planning and driving new development projects
