Aftersales Operations Manager
- Manufacturer, Manufacturer-Automotive
- Aftersales, Warranty
- Kanagawa
- ¥4,000,000~¥6,000,000
We are a Japanese subsidiary of a world-class automobile manufacturer.
In addition to the passenger car division, which has remained strong as in the past, our role in Japan is also growing by the day, as needs for commercial vehicles such as sightseeing buses are rapidly increasing due to the recent increase in the number of tourists visiting Japan.
As a global automotive manufacturer, our work is characterized by a wide range of activities and great satisfaction.
There is an atmosphere of freedom to work with a great deal of discretion, leaving the process of getting there up to the individual in charge, as long as the results are solid.
We are recruiting an 'Aftersales Operations Officer' for the After-Sales Operations Team of the Passenger Car Business Division.
In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of after-sales quality tasks, including market measures such as recalls and support for responses from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, aggregation and analysis of market defect information, quality improvement activities, and warranty application procedures.
After joining, you will be responsible for practical tasks such as document creation, data aggregation and analysis, coordination with related departments, and information distribution according to your experience and skills, ensuring swift and accurate execution of your duties.
Regardless of experience, we emphasize a proactive attitude and steadily advancing work while identifying unclear points.
Through this work, we expect you to acquire specialized knowledge in automotive structure, related regulations, and quality improvement and warranty tasks, and in the future, to proactively promote operations in collaboration with stakeholders and play an active role as a core member of the team.
