This position oversees the maintenance and management of infrastructure and facility equipment at manufacturing plants, promoting stable equipment operation, capital investment, facility-related projects, and continuous improvement.

By collaborating with internal departments, external vendors, and global teams, you lead stable operation of factory infrastructure and forward-looking equipment planning, DX, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Maintenance and management of factory infrastructure and facility equipment, promotion
    of stable operation, formulation and execution
    of equipment maintenance and improvement plans, planning, execution, and progress management
    of equipment investment plans, project planning and promotion
    of renovations and equipment introduction related to factory facilities, equipment design and construction management, and responses
    to technical issues, coordination and management
    with external vendors such as general contractors and equipment vendors, collaboration with
    internal related departments and global teams, and streamlining and continuous improvement of facility management operations including DX.
  • Requirements
    Graduate from
    an engineering university in mechanical, electrical, equipment/environmental fields, etc.; more than 5
    years of project experience as a general contractor or MEP specialist (subcontractor); practical experience
    in general construction, equipment construction, or design offices; experience in general equipment design or construction management
    ; Japanese: Native level.
  • Preferred
    Architectural Equipment Specialist Certification
    and Other Construction and Equipment-Related Qualifications
    : Experience
    working with global teams, reading and writing in English, and communication skills to handle meetings
