This position will be responsible for a wide range of overall human resources operations, including labor affairs and human resources planning related areas. You will be responsible for leading a highly abstract agenda while involving others in the process, while keeping an eye on the post-listing structure.

- Responsibilities
- ■Labor Management
・Payroll calculation, social insurance procedures (communication with outsourcing partner)
・Attendance management ・Health and safety management ・Initiation and termination procedures
・Response to the Labor Standards Bureau, Hello Work, etc.
・Response to inquiries from within the company
・Other general labor affairs tasks
■HR Planning
・Operation/improvement of HR system (grade, evaluation, compensation, etc.)
・Planning and execution of HR measures, various Planning and implementation of HR policies, systems, benefits, etc.
・Development and establishment of HR organization policies
・Talent management operations

- Requirements
- Experience in HR planning and labor practices at a business enterprise (approx. 2+ years)
- Experience managing/using HR systems

- Experience in proactively leading HR projects
・Experience in proposing plans to management and leading company-wide level agendas
