In this role, you will oversee a wide range of domestic and international HR operations, including labor management, HR evaluation, talent development, recruitment, and HR system planning. Your responsibilities will range from strategic measures such as work style reform and global leadership development to practical matters such as expatriate support, compliance, and training programs.
