This role focuses on managing repairs of installed equipment rather than general purchasing, working closely with suppliers producing equipment parts and related components. The position oversees the end-to-end repair process, including logistics coordination, scheduling, pricing validation, supplier capacity management, and delivery coordination in collaboration with global logistics and internal stakeholders.
The role requires close cooperation with overseas teams, suppliers, engineers, and supply chain functions, strong supplier relationship management, and business-level English due to frequent international communication. Products handled include various equipment components such as power supplies, pumps, heaters, and chamber-related parts.

- Responsibilities
- · Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality. Follow-up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. Adhere to standard purchasing business processes
· Proactively drive and ensure timely delivery/shipment of parts from supplier to Applied factories, including resolution of shipment/receiving and billing issues with supplier
· Partner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration. Execute and manage pull-ins/push-outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand
· Drive inventory and E&Z reduction efforts
· Negotiate and execute purchase and RFQ to drive the lowest cost consistent with consideration of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need, with support from more experienced buyer
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, Program Managers) to resolve supply issue

- Requirements
- · Up to 1 year of related experience
· Basic understanding of material cost management, shortage management, supplier capability, purchase order management and other materials/equipment buying processes
- Experience: One of the followings is needed. Logistic, SCM, Procurement, Buyer, Sales
- Excel:(VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
- Business Level English
