This role is responsible for managing quality-related inquiries from domestic and international customers regarding connector products manufactured at overseas production sites. The position works closely with global manufacturing plants and internal teams to investigate issues, communicate with customers, and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing quality and quality systems. The role also supports customer audits and leads initiatives to prevent recurring quality issues and improve operational processes.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Handle customer quality inquiries related to connector products manufactured at overseas plants
    Communicate with customers and overseas manufacturing sites via email and phone
    Investigate returned product samples and confirm failure symptoms
    Review and translate quality reports received from overseas plants
    Submit investigation and response reports to customers
    Support customer audits and quality-related communications
    Lead cross-functional activities to improve product and process quality
    Promote improvements in quality systems to prevent defects and recurrence
    Collaborate with quality engineers across global manufacturing sites
  • Requirements
    Ability to communicate proactively with multiple stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
    Business-level English for international communication
    Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues
    Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP
    Technical college degree or higher
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance practices
    Understanding of mechanical and electrical product design and manufacturing
    Experience with IATF16949 quality management systems
    Experience using measurement and analytical equipment
