Hardware Business: We are a comprehensive electronics trading company that provides a comprehensive range of solutions to automotive parts manufacturers, covering everything from planning and design and development, manufacturing, logistics, to quality control, for all kinds of electronic device products such as semiconductors and printed circuit boards. A major general trading group handling semiconductors and electronic components.
Since we are under the supervision of major companies, we have contracts with nine major companies, allowing us to work on major projects.
We also have a support system utilizing new technologies and partner networks in fields such as electrification, autonomous driving/ADAS, next-generation cockpits, and connected systems, enabling
us to develop a wide range of businesses that go beyond the traditional functions of a trading company that purchases and sells products.
You will be involved in all aspects of human resources and labor management operations for the software business. As the company grows, it is expected to play a role in building a more appropriate and efficient labor system.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Overall labor areas
such as attendance management, payroll calculation, social insurance procedures, onboarding and offboarding support, establishment and operation of work rules and various internal regulations. *You will work as a contact point in collaboration with group companies outsourcing actual tasks.
・Operational improvements
from the perspective of labor consultation support and legal compliance ■ Skills
needed to carry out tasks ・Basic knowledge of labor management such as labor laws and social insurance, as well as accurate practical execution
skills ・Detailed confirmation
skills to ensure attendance management, payroll calculation, and onboarding procedures are completed within deadlines without mistakes ・Communication skills
to coordinate smoothly with employees, related departments, and external organizations - Ability to identify issues and drive improvements to improve workflows and review system operations

- Requirements
- At least 5 years of cumulative experience
at one of the following, HR and labor
practice at a business company, practical experience in labor operations such as
attendance management, payroll, and social insurance procedures, basic knowledge
of labor-related laws and social insurance, polite and accurate communication
skills including coordination with internal and external parties, English proficiency (approximately TOEIC650 points, Able to handle phone calls and exchange business emails)

- Preferred
- ・Bookkeeping Level 3 or higher
, with management experience with discretion over about 5~10 people.
・No
work experience focused on any one specialized field ・Knowledge
of legal studies such as labor contract law, labor standards law, civil law, etc. ・Experience in overseas HR or system design
・Business-level English proficiency
