To promote space development projects, you will be responsible for space strategy planning and project management, collaborating with domestic and international research institutions, partners, and related internal development departments.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■ Space Strategy Planning and Promotion
- Promotion of overall strategy formulation, external relations with domestic and international parties, and establishment of systems for safety/quality
- Formulating strategies and business development plans with an eye toward commercialization of space domain projects
- Selection, negotiation, conclusion of alliances, partnerships, lobbying, etc.
- Promoting external communication, including external releases, recruitment, and space domain communities
- Promoting cross-departmental operations within the company
■ Project Manager for R Promotion of Sustainable Rockets, Circular Energy Systems, Space Robots, and Satellites
- Clarifying customers and value delivered, formulating mission requirements, and collaborating with development departments
- Planned project promotion and management
- In addition to technology development, strategic concepts include clarifying strategies based on research and development approaches, regulatory compliance, communication policies, and market trends
■ Development and design of sustainable rockets, circular energy systems, space robots, and artificial satellites / Development work using systems engineering
- Analysis, design, and test design from various aspects of the entire product and related components
- Structuring relationships from value provided to means and technology, and supplying appropriate requirements to experts in each field based on these relationships
- Building and leading research and development systems in collaboration with project managers
■ SMA (Safety and Mission Assurance) in the Space Domain
On all space-related themes,
・In overall system development from various perspectives such as business, product, and projects,
- Safety analysis throughout the entire lifecycle
- Design of safety measures and allocation to physical aspects
- Calculations of unsafe risks and effectiveness of safety measures
- Safety Measures Test Design
・Construction, evaluation, and management of safety demonstration deliverables
[Development Tools]
・Design: CATIA
・Analysis: NASTRAN/MATLAB/Simulink/Fluent/STAR-CCM+, etc.

- Requirements
- Possess knowledge of aerospace engineering and English proficiency (approximately TOEIC600 points or higher), and possess at least one of the following experiences
; experience in strategic planning and promotion
in space projects; experience in development and design
using systems engineering concepts; experience in safety demonstration/functional safety/system safety
; and experience with products related to the space domain (artificial satellites, fuel cells, rockets, Experience in development and design of robots, etc.
