Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Planning and promotion
    of global human resource development initiatives (language and cross-cultural understanding) ・ Planning and operation
    of company-wide global talent development programs (collaborating with external partners and business divisions to promote enrollment, design initiatives, event planning, etc.)

  • Requirements
    ・Language proficiency
    with a TOEIC score of around 700 ・Experience planning or managing training in HR, or experience planning or sales at training companies

    ・Experience as a project leader, experience in non-HR roles, Chinese proficiency, Power BI, or equivalent skills in IPA guidelines under the "DX Promotion Skill Standard (DSS-P)"
