The Facility Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, workplace services, site infrastructure, and real estate activities to ensure a safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient working environment.
The role covers facility operations, infrastructure projects, workplace planning, vendor management, CAPEX/OPEX control, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders across Procurement, EHS, Security, Finance, HR, and other functions while managing external vendors and contractors.

- Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, workplace services, and site infrastructure.
Lead facility projects including office modifications, infrastructure improvements, relocations, and workspace optimization.
Support real estate activities including space planning, occupancy management, lease coordination, and other site-related requirements.
Prepare and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, monitor expenditure, review facility costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage vendors, contractors, service agreements, procurement activities, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, health & safety, fire protection, security, and audit requirements.
Coordinate audits and certifications, including TISAX and ISO-related activities, documentation, and corrective follow-up.
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders across Facility Management, Real Estate, Procurement, EHS, Security, Finance, HR, and other functions.
Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, service optimization, business continuity, and operational efficiency.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Facility Management, Corporate Real Estate, or technical operations within an international environment.
Experience managing facility operations, infrastructure services, vendors, service contracts, and facility-related projects.
Experience with CAPEX/OPEX planning, procurement, contract management, invoice review, and cost control.
Knowledge of health & safety, fire protection, security, compliance, audit, and business continuity requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Fluent English.

Experience within automotive, engineering, R&D, or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of prototype security and related compliance requirements.
Experience working within a global or multinational organization.
