This position is responsible for developing integrated brake, steering, and vehicle control systems that realize next-generation vehicle driving performance. We are broadly involved in system design of advanced chassis control technologies such as e-4ORCE and e-Pedal Step, from system design to vehicle compatibility, pursuing improvements in driving performance and ride comfort. You will be involved in development from both design and vehicle evaluation, serving as a core engineer to create new driving experiences in the era of autonomous driving.

- Responsibilities
Development areas and business overview of the assigned organization, as well as its role and position within R&D
e-4ORCE, Intelligent Trace Control,e-Pedal Step, Auto Brake Hold, and Drive Mode System. We conduct in-house development to ensure that competitive chassis control systems are brought to market in a timely manner. Our department consists of both an Advanced Development Team and a Mass Production Development Team, and we are responsible for everything from creating new technologies to bringing them to mass production.Furthermore, with the advent of the SDV era, we are expected to bring our innovations to life with a sense of urgency. Although this is a design department, we frequently conduct vehicle testing, creating a work environment with a strong focus on automobiles. We also have a team dedicated to designing chassis controllers, providing an environment where you can leverage both software and hardware knowledge.
Specific Job Responsibilities and Expected Roles Within and Outside the Department
Regarding vehicle behavior and ride comfort during both normal driving and autonomous driving, we collaborate with other departments within Nissan to set competitive target values and develop chassis control systems that meet those targets.To evaluate performance, not only the experimental department but also the designers themselves will drive the vehicles to discuss performance and drive development forward. We also conduct training aimed at improving driving skills.
In the chassis control development role, you will primarily be responsible for the upstream phase (system design) of the V-model development process.
(Requirement Definition to Basic Design (control logic development), and Integration Testing to System Testing (vehicle integration))
Work Environment and Work Style (Team Composition and Workplace Atmosphere)
Within our department, teams consist of about 10 members, and we carry out development work while collaborating with other teams within the department as well as the testing department.The team consists of relatively young members, and the atmosphere is cheerful. Additionally, since the systems we develop directly affect vehicle behavior, we visit the test site, ride in the actual vehicles to experience their behavior firsthand, and incorporate those insights into our designs.

- Requirements
- ・ Experience in mechatronics system development, embedded software development, or chassis component development.
・ Be proactive in interacting with engineers at overseas bases and overseas suppliers.
・ TOEIC: 600 points or above

・ TOEIC: 730 points or higher
