This is an engineer position involved in developing powertrain control systems that support next-generation mobility.
You will be responsible for developing energy management, thermal management, and vehicle integrated control software for a wide range of powertrains including EVs, e-POWER, engine vehicles, and 4WD systems. Through the development of control systems that form the foundation of advanced technologies such as e-Pedal, e-4ORCE, and ProPILOT, you will contribute to improving driving performance, comfort, efficiency, and safety.
You will also be widely involved in model-based development (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink, HIL simulation, and actual vehicle evaluation, collaborating with global development teams to create future vehicle control technologies.

For all vehicles from kei cars to GT-R and ARIYA, we develop various powertrain control software related to power management (e-Pedal, ProPILOT, e-4ORCE, etc.), thermal management, and energy management on a daily
basis, based on the DNA of "doing what others don't do." Specific job responsibilities
The following are carried out in collaboration with global locations.
1) Model-based control development
using Matlab, Simulink, etc. 2) Verification with simulators (HIL) and actual vehicle driving evaluation

- Requirements
- ・Experience
in system or control development ・Basic knowledge
of powertrains ・TOEIC: 600 points or higher

- Preferred
- ・Experience in engine and powertrain control and performance development in the automotive and automotive-related industries
・Work experience using English (experience collaborating with overseas customers and partners)
・Experience as a leader of a development team
・TOEIC: 730 points or higher
Experience in the automotive industry / Experiences in the automotive industry
