TerraCharge and Mitsui Home Estate have partnered to expand EV charging facilities in rental apartments.

According to the survey, 81.8% of prospective EV buyers place importance on home charging environment. TerraCharge’s chargers can be installed individually, free of charge, and are compatible with application-based payment. Mitsui Home Estate proposes installation to owners of managed properties, and TerraCharge handles installation and operation.

This initiative will contribute to achieving the national installation target of 300,000 units by 2030 and promote the spread of EVs in rental housing.
