Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    You will be in charge of development as a leader of motor development projects or element development for HV and EV, or as an expert by utilizing your expertise. (Advanced development to mass production development) Motor development covers various fields and areas such as performance, insulation, structure, strength, materials, components, etc. Depending on your work experience and skills, you will be entrusted with your area of responsibility.

    Specifically
    ■Advance Development
    Set development themes and goals such as high performance, high functionality, low cost, etc., and examine new technologies and structural motors.
    We also collaborate with external organizations (material and parts manufacturers, universities, and research institutes) to promote new technology development.
    ■Mass-production development
    Concretize motor requirement specifications (performance, size, durability, etc.) based on various HV/EV systems.
    Conduct various design studies (performance, insulation, structure, strength, etc.), create prototype drawings, and verify through prototyping and evaluation.
    Form a working group team for each project with the production engineering, factory, and procurement departments to reflect the mass production process in the design and development.
    Propose, evaluate, and improve materials for mass production.

    Experience in any of the following
    ■ 5+ years of experience in motor development
    (Electromagnetic design, thermal design, insulation design, structural design, control design, high voltage component design, various analyses, any area)
    ■ 5+ years of experience in motor material development
