In this position, you will serve as a manager in the development and design of energy management systems/electric powertrain systems.
You will be responsible for planning, developing, and designing a system that combines hardware and control to achieve the vehicle performance required by the customer by defining requirements from the planning proposal to the customer.
Although we are looking to hire at the management level, you will not be asked to manage people immediately after joining the company, but rather you will first lead the entire project and manage a few people if you have the desire to manage.
In the future, you will be involved in development from a higher level perspective.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- [1] Project management of electric powertrain system development to achieve QCD of customer requirements
・Understand customer requirements from vehicle perspective and develop them into functional requirements for electric powertrain system
・Present specifications to internal hardware units such as motor and inverter and control development unit
・Evaluate as electric powertrain system Determine the level of achievement and propose performance improvements by
・Determine the level of achievement by integrating the system into the customer's vehicle and build consensus for project completion
・Manage QCD and proactively promote project progress in the above
[2] Analyze customer needs, plan technology feasible solutions, and expand electric system technology sales to drive internal stakeholders

- Requirements
- PL/PM experience in addition to any of the following
QCD oversight of electric powertrain systems and automotive related system products
- Experience working with vehicle manufacturers or Tier 1 and 2 manufacturers with a focus on motor or inverter and electric drive related development experience
- Cooling, thermal and air conditioning system development and control Experience in cooling, heat and air conditioning system development and control
