Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Manage office facilities, equipment, and supply ordering to support a smooth working environment.
    - Process invoices, expenses, and petty cash transactions in coordination with accounting procedures.
    - Review, organize, and file contracts and other administrative documents.
    - Coordinate employee health check-ups and liaise with medical providers.
    - Handle daily operational tasks such as mail distribution, lunch orders, and courier services.
    - Provide front-desk support by answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
