As the General Manager of the Planning & Operations Management Department, Planning & Administration Division, you will lead customer-driven business activities.

- Responsibilities
- 1. connect brand/culture creation
2. new market/business creation
3. business maximization in existing markets
+ Connect overall UX design enhancement & marketing modernization
The above initiatives are being promoted in collaboration with various departments (CONNECT = connect, connect).
1) Planning & Operations
・Take the lead in executing the DM Headquarters mission through change execution in the areas of people, process, and technology
・Specific tasks: change leadership / decision-making process / resource management / organizational capability improvement / data & reporting / operational excellence / CMO office functions, etc.
2) Cross-divisional project PMO
・Support active participation of DM HQ in cross-divisional projects required for Connect company-wide transformation, transcending organizational barriers and default role definitions (involvement varies, including member assignment, budget negotiation, project progress management, etc.). Practice "Tsunagu/Linkage" / Actively develop transformation projects
・Project examples: various measures to reform Connect culture, business improvement projects for management, Connect Sustainability Report, etc.

- Requirements
- - Experience in one or more of the following:
- Experience in business planning, running decision-making processes (senior leadership meetings, etc.), and working in and leading CXO office operations
- Experience in working in and leading B2B marketing operations
- Experience in planning, executing and leading cross-functional, company-wide projects
・ Business level English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
