Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Drive successful execution of new product launch programs within budget, timeline, and customer expectations
    Track key performance metrics and regularly report to senior management
    Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional program teams
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
    Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to identify risks and execute mitigation plans
  • Requirements
    Master's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent
    7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, including 3+ years at a Tier 1 supplier and exposure to electronics
    At least 3 years of leadership experience in engineering or program launch, with direct customer engagement
    Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
    and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to risk management
    Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Preferred
    Experience with cockpit electronics or similar hardware/software-based automotive products
    MBA degree
    PMP certification
