is one of only a dozen or so unicorn companies in Japan, and is co-creating new mobility services with a variety of companies.
In this position, you will build relationships of trust with cab operators, mainly in the Kanto area, and co-create solutions to urban and regional mobility issues while listening to the voices of those in the field.

- Responsibilities
- Our cab dispatch application has been adopted by more than 50% of the nation's cab operators, and continues to evolve as we listen to the voices of many on-the-ground operators on a daily basis.
We are seeking a manager candidate for our external relations group, a playing manager position who will not only design and manage strategies, but also visit the field and build trusting relationships with cab operators on his/her own.
While working with cab operators nationwide, you will also collaborate with the internal planning team and product team to improve and expand the service together.
In addition to working with cab operators, you will also be involved in promoting joint projects with local governments and transportation operators.
Specific duties to be entrusted to us】
・On-site support as a player (business trips, visits, business negotiations, follow-up)
・Building medium- to long-term relationships with cab operators and hearing about issues
・Introduction proposals for hardware and new products / support for use
・Planning and promoting external relations strategies
・Managing external relations members (KPI design, training, evaluation) ・Compiling proposals for service improvements and coordinating within the company Management of external relations members (KPI design, training, evaluation)
・Compilation of service improvement proposals and internal collaboration

・This position is not simply a "sales representative" for a product. Our role is to get deep into the operations, culture, and challenges of cab operators and work together with them to create and change the way transportation is provided.
We understand the unique circumstances of each company and build relationships, sometimes for months or years, to build up trust. Our role is not to achieve one-off results, but to work as "co-creation partners" to improve urban and regional transportation infrastructure over the long term. This is the meaning of the word "liaison.

- Requirements
- Experience in corporate sales and account management (5+ years approx.)
・Experience in strategy planning to execution in external relations and customer negotiation
・Experience in coordination and negotiation with internal and external parties (ability to move cross-functionally)
・Experience in managing external relations teams and sales organizations (regardless of number of people or industry)

- Preferred
- Experience in proposal sales and implementation support in the IT industry or SaaS domain
・Ability to propose product improvements and to structurally capture user requests and turn them into requirements
・Liaison experience in local government, infrastructure, and highly public areas
・Experience in creating mechanisms such as sales strategies and KPI design
