In the expansion of our domestic business, you will be responsible for business development and management of implementation projects for social implementation of small-scale decentralized water recycling systems.
This is a challenging position that requires a flexible and proactive approach to a new product concept with no precedent in a rapidly changing environment, and to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to shape the system and business from scratch. We welcome people who are able to face unexpected events and new discoveries in a positive manner, and who are tenacious in pursuing the project toward its objectives.

- Responsibilities
- Proposal activities and relationship building with local governments and private companies for the introduction of small-scale decentralized water circulation systems
- Mid- to long-term customer/user support and stakeholder coordination from demonstration introduction to full-scale social implementation
- Planning, planning, and execution management of introduction projects according to each region and customer's situation

- Requirements
- Experience in corporate sales at a listed company or a company at the level of a listed company (guideline: 5 years or more experience/Experience in proposal-based sales combining composite products rather than single product sales/Experience in sales with products where trust with customers is important) and project management experience
