The Growth Planning Group is responsible for the development of growth strategies and execution of a series of measures to resolve issues related to our cab app business for the toC market, from both a product growth and marketing communication perspective.
The Growth Planning Group, to which you will be assigned, does not simply lead specific functions or measures, but plans and executes a variety of measures to solve issues based on the overall business strategy and policies of the app. For example, we use a cross-functional style to promote the planning and development of loyalty programs, mass marketing to promote them, and CRM.
In this environment, we are looking for someone who can lead the entire process from problem identification to strategy development and execution, including proposal of product improvements, development of user communication strategies, planning, design, and implementation of online and offline promotion measures, and user surveys and analysis.
This is an important role that will contribute to solving social issues such as transportation problems from a product perspective, while working closely with other departments such as management, UX and technical departments, as well as external partners.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop marketing strategies for GO apps and new strategic products
    - Lead planning and execution of product growth and marketing tactics
    - Design new feature launch plans and user acquisition strategies
    - Plan and direct online and offline initiatives
    - Plan/execute alliance initiatives with external companies Execution
    - Prioritization of measures and resource management during project progress
    - Data-driven research, analysis, and improvement
    - Quantitative analysis: KPI monitoring and use of data analysis tools
    - Qualitative research: Design and conduct target user interviews, analyze NPS surveys and propose improvements
    - Establish feedback Establishment of feedback cycle: verification of measure results ⇄ redesign of next phase measures
    - Cross-functional project promotion
    - Project collaboration with business planning department/UX group/technology department, stakeholder management
    - Strategic recommendations to management based on ROI analysis results for each measure
    - External partners (advertising Coordination of collaboration with external partners (advertising agencies/production companies/development vendors)
    - Discussions on catching up with technical requirements and improving functional specifications
  • Requirements
    Planning, execution, and verification of growth strategy: Experience in planning and promoting various growth tactics (e.g., user acquisition, increasing engagement, maximizing revenue, etc.) based on the formulated business strategy, and consistently promoting the effectiveness of these tactics through to quantitative verification.
    - Experience leading marketing communications* alliance/partnership strategies
    -Promotion: Through collaboration with upstream external partners from marketing strategy planning to creation of mass measures for new business opportunities such as digital advertising, TVCM, etc., as well as operational and creative direction of product value, Contribution to analysis/improvement improvement. Experience in building relationships from contract negotiation.
