This is a marketing director position to promote marketing practices for the app business.
With many initiatives underway on a project basis, you will support the success of these initiatives by managing the progress of a series of initiatives, coordinating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. Under appropriate budget management, you will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities, including communication design, creative production management, analysis and review of the results of initiatives, and making recommendations for improvement and the next initiative.

- Responsibilities
- Execution management of multiple measures linked to promotion strategy
・Execution management of user acquisition measures utilizing various channels such as TVCM / OOH / digital
・Effectiveness verification based on data analysis and execution management of measure tuning
・Negotiation with advertising agencies
・External cost negotiation and adjustment to optimize budget execution

- Requirements
- Experience in marketing-related work at a business or advertising company (approx.: 3 years or more)
・PM experience for executing marketing initiatives (approx.: 3 years or more)
・Experience in front-line work with external partners (e.g. agencies) for implementing marketing initiatives (approx.: 3 years or more)

- Preferred
- Experience in planning and executing measures to solve marketing issues
・Experience in preparing materials and making proposals/explanations internally and externally
・Experience in media planning for advertising media and carrying out publication work
・Experience in managing projects involving multiple people
・Experience in data aggregation/analysis and finding and improving issues from that analysis Experience in data aggregation and analysis, and finding and improving issues through that process
