You will be responsible for promoting global procurement and pricing contracts related to mechanical components (stampings, resins, die-castings, optical components, etc.) that support state-of-the-art in-vehicle equipment. Through strategic sourcing activities, negotiations with suppliers, and collaboration with internal design, quality, and manufacturing departments, this position aims to enhance overall procurement operations and maximize cost competitiveness.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Global sourcing, price negotiation and contract conclusion for mechanical parts
    Research and analysis of parts and supplier industry trends and planning of ordering strategies
    Identification of new overseas manufacturers and establishment of internal proposals and contract schemes
    Identification of issues, formulation of negotiation stories and promotion of cost improvement activities through VE proposals

    Team management (guidance and development of subordinates, support for results) Team management (guidance and training of subordinates, support for results)
  • Requirements
    Skills/Experience]

    Knowledge and practical experience in mechanical components and cost reduction (purchasing, sales, design, etc.)
    Management experience in procurement department, manufacturer or Tier 1 (equivalent to section manager level or above)
    English: Business level (TOEIC 600 or above) * Chinese is a plus
