■ マーケティング本部のミッション
インポーターと連携し、自動車ローンやリースなどのファイナンス商品を通じて車両・バイクの販売促進を行い、ディーラーの販売プロセスを最適化して効率的な営業活動を支援します。

■ コミュニケーション／トレーニング戦略担当者の役割
ファイナンス商品は提案型であるため、スキルや経験が多様な正規ディーラーの販売スタッフが、お客様に「賢い車の買い方」や「新しい車の乗り方」をスムーズに提案できるように、トレーニングが重要な役割を果たします。

この役割では、販売プロセスの最適化と顧客満足度の向上を目指したトレーニングプログラムの企画・実施・運営を担当し、インポーターや正規ディーラーと密接に連携して進めます。
また、各種トレーニングで使用するコンテンツの新規作成や改訂を社内外の関連部署と協力して行います。

さらに、近年では顧客がディーラー訪問前にオンラインで車両や購入方法を調査するケースが増えているため、こうした顧客に対してファイナンスを活用した車の乗り方をより効果的に提案するための“コミュニケーション”改善にも取り組みます。


■ Mission of the Marketing Division
In collaboration with importers, we promote the sale of vehicles and motorcycles through financial products such as auto loans and leases (“sales promotion”), and we optimize the sales process to enable more efficient dealership operations.

■ Role of the Communication/Training Strategy Staff
Since financial products are proposal-based, training plays a critical role in helping authorized dealer sales staff—who have a wide range of skills and experience—smoothly offer customers suggestions on "smart ways to buy a car" or "new ways to drive a car."

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and operation of training programs aimed at optimizing the sales process and improving customer satisfaction, working closely with importers and authorized dealers.
You will also collaborate with internal and external departments to create or revise content used in various training programs.

Additionally, with more customers researching vehicles and purchasing methods online before visiting dealers, you will work on improving “communication” to better propose finance-based vehicle usage models to these customers.

    • Experience in managing sales representatives or retail staff
    • Experience in creating content for advertisements or website production
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
