This position is responsible for creating customer value and solving business issues, using software products as a weapon to formulate strategies and tactics, and driving the activities of the development organization. This position belongs to the organization directly under the COO, which tackles the most important issues of the entire company, and is responsible for accelerating business growth through apps, web, and user communication.
The successful candidate will be required to promote projects and produce results while working across departments throughout the company, as well as engineers and designers.

  • Responsibilities

    ・Based on analysis results and user insights, create ideas for KPI improvement and new functions that create new value, and incorporate them into concrete plans.
    We define functional requirements to verify hypotheses by comprehensively considering business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility.


    ・Work closely with team members to design user-friendly interfaces and valuable functional experiences from the user's perspective.
    We will promote development by fostering a common understanding within the development team through documents such as PRDs and communication via Slack and meetings.
    We analyze the effects of implemented measures and released features quantitatively and qualitatively, and make decisions on next actions.


    ・Promote solutions to business issues by actively communicating not only with the development team but also with members of various departments such as marketing, PR, CS, and operations.
    ・Imbibe the opinions of members with different specialties and lead information collaboration to ensure optimal decision-making through constructive discussions.

    *Not limited to the above tasks, we expect you to make your own proposals on what is necessary for the growth of the business and implement them while involving the people around you.

    Examples of issues to be addressed】

    ・With an expanding number of users, we aim to achieve sales growth by improving retention and expanding use cases.
    Through analysis of behavioral data and user interviews, we will formulate hypotheses on retention and abandonment factors, and plan and execute functional improvements, CRM, and measures to improve the user experience to promote usage.


    ・For further business growth, the company must not only increase the value of existing products, but also provide new value and create revenue opportunities.
    ・It will lead projects to expand the business domain through development to increase product value by utilizing ports and user data, and through collaboration with external companies, etc.


    ・Raise users' awareness of traffic safety and educate and enlighten them on safe usage.
    Promote planning and development of easy-to-understand safety education content and implementation of service functions that encourage safe driving.


    ・With the cooperation of users, we will improve functions to maintain the healthy operation of sharing services.
    We will plan and promote the development of functions to detect and deter inappropriate behavior, as well as educational activities for some users who engage in inappropriate use or violations.


    ・Maintenance of vehicles and ports, which support the very foundation of our services, has a significant impact on our business and services, so there is a constant need to improve operations to be more efficient and of higher quality.
    We develop systems to gain a deep understanding of the operations situation on site, standardize business processes, and build workflows that allow for stronger collaboration with external partners, thereby improving the overall efficiency and quality of operations.

  • Requirements

    ・Product management experience in mobile apps (4+ years)
