Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Develop competitive circuits that can satisfy all customer requirements
・Plan and implement mid- to long-term circuit development strategies looking five to ten years ahead based on market trend analysis, domestic and overseas product competitiveness analysis, and supplier trend analysis
■Promote ASIC development to realize competitive circuits
・Develop ASICs with custom specifications rather than general-purpose components as needed to win over competitors ・Plan and implement ASIC specifications and circuit design concepts based on specifications Planning ASIC specifications and promoting development
■Coordination of specifications with customers around the world including overseas and circuit design concepts based on the specifications
・Planning circuit design concepts while coordinating specifications for specific customer inquiries
*Overseas work and overseas business trips are possible if desired
■Conducting circuit development from selection of electronic components to circuit design, circuit design, and circuit board development ■Conducting circuit design and circuit board development ■Creating circuit design concepts based on specifications for specific customer inquiries ■Creating circuit design concepts based on specifications for specific customer inquiries Selecting electronic components, circuit design, board artwork, circuit function/performance evaluation, and reliability evaluation
・Selecting components based on circuit design concepts, designing circuits, promoting board artwork, and promoting function/performance evaluation and reliability evaluation of completed circuit boards.

- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, electronic components, or software
- Experience in some kind of electrical or electronic circuit design, whether automotive or consumer
- Experience in some kind of IC internal circuit design, whether automotive or consumer
- Experience in some other electrical circuit component or electronic circuit component design
