Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Case management using CRM
    A series of sales management tasks such as quotation, order receipt, order placement, shipment, invoicing, and collection using the ERP sales module (preparation of quotations, negotiation of paperwork with customer purchasing departments)
    Coordination of delivery dates (coordination between customers, German headquarters, and internal personnel)
    Shipping and billing operations
    Import and export operations (preparation of various documents, customs clearance) (preparation of various documents, customs clearance)
  • Requirements
    University degree or above
    Experience in sales administration (knowledge of business operations from quotation preparation to collection)
    Experience in import/export operations
    Basic OA skills
    Standard business etiquette, knowledge of business documents and conversation
    Not allergic to English
  • Preferred
    Experience in dealing with automobile manufacturers or working with automobile manufacturers is a plus.
