Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Proposal sales of the company's products to manufacturer engineers (mainly in divisions that conduct advanced development for complete vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers). Obtain development information and build a relationship with the site of advanced development. We interview them about what kind of development and what kind of figures they want to obtain through simulation. Then, accompanying the sales engineer, determine the technical specifications. We are also in charge of management related to budgets and delivery dates.
  • Requirements
    Graduation from a university (preferably in a science field such as electrical/electronics) or technical college or equivalent academic ability.
    Experience in solution sales to design and development departments in the automotive industry, aerospace industry, etc. (at least 3 years)

    Supplemental: If you have conducted proposal sales by listening to customer requests and considering what things are needed as a system. You will fit in well with this position.
  • Preferred
    Experience with OEM and Tier 1 in the automotive industry with proven sales results
    Experience in sales of control devices such as test systems
    Experience in deep customer sales based on sales strategy
    Experience in sales related to MBD/simulation tools/IT/Cloud business
    Customer-oriented sales mindset
    Excellent communication, customer management, proposal and problem solving skills
    Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and within the company and to make the best proposals for customers
    Basic English communication skills (reading emails + basic English conversation)
