Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Establishment of corporate strategy and global management system
    ・Establishment of corporate policy system from basic philosophy to employee behavior
    ・Promotion of medium- to long-term corporate policy/strategy formulation based on policy system
    ・Establishment of corporate organizational structure to realize strategy
    ・Promotion of annual action plan formulation
    ・Establishment of management system to promote implementation and confirm progress
    ・Planning and promotion of other special missions Planning and promotion of other special missions

    (2) Management analysis and promotion of reform measures for management issues using financial knowledge
    ・Establishment and follow-up of medium-, long-term and short-term management planning and company targets

    The department will develop and promote short-, medium-, and long-term business plans for the business development of products that leverage the strengths of semiconductors/sensing/mechatronics.
    In terms of business planning, as a general advisor to the business manager, the team deciphers social issues, identifies the core of the business, and draws up medium- to long-term strategies to achieve sustainable growth of the business group from approaches such as revenue, management resources, and finance.

    In particular, it is necessary to steer a difficult course to achieve both aggressive investment of management resources in growth areas such as electrification and automated driving, and stable earnings growth in traditional areas. In addition, since alliances with external parties may be an “option” as a strategic move, you will be responsible for analyzing the business environment and competitive trends, as well as evaluating value and risk in the future.
  • Requirements
    Experience in one of the following:

    -Working experience in the field of management accounting in corporate planning, business planning, or accounting and finance departments at a business company
    -Working experience at a consulting firm or financial institution
    -Working experience and knowledge of business strategy or business management
    -Basic and elementary knowledge of business creation, business planning or cost management
