Production capability: We make full use of the world's latest equipment to meet various needs, from small products with a material diameter of 6 mm to large products with a diameter of 46 mm.
Mobility: We maintain close cooperation among departments as the market changes, and have the flexibility to introduce appropriate equipment and expand overseas.
Proposal capability: We not only design product processing processes, but also examine and make proposals from the material We examine and make proposals from the material stage as well as the design of the product processing process.

We are currently recruiting for both domestic and overseas sales positions, and we will determine the position based on your experience and preferences.
In domestic sales, you will be engaged in sales expansion activities mainly for major automobile manufacturers. For overseas sales, in addition to domestic sales expansion, you will be in charge of sales support operations for overseas subsidiaries.

- Responsibilities
- Domestic Sales】
・Customer relations (delivery, quality, new orders, etc.)*
・Maintain and improve profitability through sales price management and negotiations with customers
・Sales promotion operations (estimates, price negotiations, proposals)
・Analysis and reporting of sales performance and profitability (preparation and facilitation of meeting materials)
・Operations related to material orders (ordering, Material ordering operations (ordering, cost evaluation and debt optimization)
・Credit management operations
*In charge of about 15 companies
Overseas Sales】
Belonging to the Overseas Section of the Sales Department at the Head Office, you will provide remote support to the Sales Department of CYCM (Thailand) and BRM (US)
・Manage and report sales to CYCM/ BRM (understand trends based on forecast and actual results and last year)
・Manage and report sales of each company (understand trends and abnormalities by customer) and prepare budget
Prepare quotations for locally produced goods and pass-through goods and negotiate with local customers
・Order and supply management of materials used in CYCM
・Unit price management for each company (preparation and drafting of unit price revision applications, negotiations with customers), internal registration as necessary
・Visit each company to meet with customers and conduct negotiations, on-site auditing
