The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the final approval of products through the complete production cycle. The role involves working from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. When needed, you will also inspect, assemble and review probe card equipment going to and from customers Fabrication facilities. The Production Planner also coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.

- Responsibilities
- - Develop and maintain production schedules based on engineering plans and production specifications.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met and materials are provided according to schedules.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assemble, inspect and review probe cards before they are sent out to Fabs or back to Factory for repair.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

- Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Must have experience in clean room.
- Solid Project Management Experience
- Upper Conversational Japanese, Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning software.
