Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1) Electric Powertrain System Area (Technical Planning Manager)
    -Drive the development of electric powertrain systems that achieve customer needs (QCD), analyze customer needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, make technical proposals for electric powertrain systems
    You will be responsible for the following tasks.
    Duties
    - Understand customer needs from the vehicle perspective and develop them into functional requirements for electric powertrain systems
    - Determine required specifications for hardware (motor and inverter) and software (control), and collaborate with and lead related departments
    - Determine the degree of achievement of customer requirements from the vehicle perspective and make customer proposals to improve performance of electric powertrain systems

    (2) Project Manager
    As a leader who manages and leads development projects for electric powertrain systems (mainly motor control),
    will be involved in one of the following tasks.
    -Plan and manage detailed development plans for electric powertrain system development based on customer needs
    -Organize a development team with the necessary skills, promote progress management and risk management in accordance with the development plan, and smoothly lead the project

    (3) Process Expert
    As a specialist in the management and operation of mass production projects based on the development process
    , you will be involved in the following tasks.
    Development management and improvement in accordance with A-Spice/ISO26262/ISO21434, etc.
    ・Correspondence to audits by OEMs/third party organizations
  • Requirements
    Experience in one of the following
    - Project manager for vehicle development
    - Project manager for electric powertrain systems
    - Experience in QCD supervision of system supplies related to automobiles
    - Experience in motor/inverter related development and working with automakers or Tier1/2 manufacturers
    - Experience in electric Experience in powertrain system (mainly motor/inverter) design and motor control development
    - Experience in project promotion of electric powertrain systems
