アプリ運営に関する幅広い業務（カスタマーサクセス、コンタクトセンター管理、バックオフィス業務の改善・運用、法務サポートなど）を担当し、安全で安心なサービス提供に貢献していただきます。業務領域が多岐にわたり、かつ当社にとって新しい分野での業務も多いため、社外のステークホルダー（ユーザーやパートナー）と社内チームをつなぐ重要な役割を担っていただきます。その際には業界に対する高いアンテナを持つことが求められます。

アシスタントマネージャー（将来的にマネージャーへの昇格の可能性あり）として、サービスオペレーション全体の管理に加え、2名のチームメンバーおよび外部委託先のマネジメントも担当していただきます。

The company is focusing on the domestic expansion of our MaaS (Mobility as a Service) app, my route, contributing to “freedom of movement for everyone” and “creating vibrant cities” through the service. They aim to enrich the mobility of users across Japan and, eventually, the world. With the rapid growth of services such as the adoption of the Kyushu-wide MaaS app, the number of users and stakeholders (transport operators, local governments, dealerships, etc.) is increasing, and the diversification of business areas is progressing. Strengthening human resources to provide safe and secure services is now an urgent priority.

You will be responsible for a broad range of operations related to app management (customer success, contact center management, back-office process improvement and management, legal support, etc.), contributing to the safe and secure delivery of services. Given the diverse nature of the work and the fact that many tasks are in areas that are new to the company, you will play a key role in connecting external stakeholders (users and partners) with internal teams, while maintaining a high level of industry awareness.

As an Assistant Manager (potentially a future Manager), you will be responsible for service operations, as well as managing a small team of 2 members and external contractors.

    ・ Experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders

    ・ Ability to lead the PDCA cycle, including information gathering, analysis, issue identification, communication, and proposal development
    ・ Experience in taking ownership and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to launch and grow business services, regardless of the project size
