We are focusing on the domestic development of "my route", a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) application, with the aim of contributing to "freedom of movement for all" and "vibrant urban development". Through this service, we aim to enrich the mobility of users throughout Japan and, in the future, around the world. With the rapid growth of the service, including the introduction of MaaS applications throughout Kyushu, the number of users and stakeholders (transportation operators, local governments, automobile dealers, etc.) has increased, and the business domain is diversifying. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to app operations (customer success, contact center management, improvement and operation of back-office operations, legal support, etc.) and contribute to providing safe and secure services. Because of the wide variety of work areas and the fact that many of the tasks are new to us, you will play an important role in connecting external stakeholders (users and partners) with our internal team. In doing so, you will be required to have a high antennae for the industry.
As an Assistant Manager (with the possibility of promotion to Manager in the future), you will be responsible for the overall management of the service operation, as well as the management of two team members and outsourced contractors.
