In this role you will take a leadership position with a promising seed-stage space industry company. You will use your broad knowledge to build the team from an administrative point of view, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities from back-office administration to assisting in applying for grants.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    In this role you will be responsible for general administrative duties of the company.
    - You will help ensure the successful completion of back office functions.
    - Help build organizational dynamics and guidelines.
    - Oversee labor management.
    - Assist in the general accounting of the company.
    - Apply for government grants related to the space industry and venture opportunities.
  • Requirements
    -Strong experience in administration with broad knowledge of back office duties.
    -Strong experience and broad knowledge of finance and general accounting.
  • Preferred
    -Some knowledge of general and legal affairs.
    -Some experience related to labor management.
    -Knowledge of applying for grants.
    -Experience or enthusiasm for a seed-stage venture company.
    -Strong English ability.
