CAE Technology Development Office is an organization whose mission is to contribute to the company-wide improvement of design work efficiency and product value through DX/CAE. The team consists of members with expertise (many hold Ph.D.s) and business experience in a variety of fields, and is engaged in a wide range of tasks, including CAE practice, technology deployment, cutting-edge technology development, and utilization of accumulated knowledge, by concentrating its collective strength.
You will be involved in the planning, development, and company-wide deployment of CAE technology to improve product development efficiency and add value.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    <プロジェクト例>
    1) Planning of future CAE technology strategy and promotion of technology development projects tied to the strategy/planning and promotion of computing environment
    2) Promotion of joint research with external research institutions in CAE technology development
    3) Planning and project promotion of company-wide CAE technology deployment
    4) Promotion of collaborative activities with the entire company (domestic and overseas offices) for CAE development and practical use
  • Requirements
    Experience in technical planning or project leadership of some kind
    - Experience in CAE requiring specialized knowledge
    - Academic expertise in a technical field with a focus on thermal, fluid, electromagnetic, structural, strength, optimization, etc.
  • Preferred
    Experience in product development and design
    ・Experience in strategy review based on technical knowledge (corporate planning/business planning/consulting experience, etc.)
