Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Job DescriptionManage and update the GTM organization's evaluation, compensation, and benefits systems, and create an environment and organization where the sales team can focus on their true “sales” role.

    Execute various hiring initiatives in collaboration with the hiring team
    At present, the role of interviewer, which is held by the sales team manager, leader, etc. and
    Planning and execution of various measures in collaboration with the organization and human resource development team
    Planning and execution of evaluation system, optimization of goals, etc.
    Grasping conditions and extracting issues through various surveys, etc.
    Execution of manager/evaluator development measures
    Atari assumes support for management roles
    Planning and operation of various training and off-site programs
    Planning and execution of personnel retention measures
    Planning and execution of measures to create organization and culture
    Planning and promotion of measures to activate communication within the organization
  • Requirements
    Experience working in a GTM organization such as sales and marketing
    Ability to communicate on equal terms with senior management and business unit managers.
  • Preferred
    Experience in HRBP or similar at a startup company, working to solve organizational issues from a position closer to the business unit
    Experience in planning and operating HR systems and working in the area of organizational and human resource development at a startup company
