Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead product strategy for Japan OEMs, defining roadmaps, features, and customer-aligned plans.
    Mentor and train senior engineers while guiding the team on Japan OEM processes and technical needs.
    Represent the voice of Japanese customers in global product strategy and development efforts.
    Partner with global sales and product teams to create solutions that serve Japan OEMs and broader markets.
    Drive technical direction for pre-development, RFQ responses, and seamless project transitions.
    Serve as the lead technical expert and main customer interface, proposing innovative solutions to grow the business.
    Recommend improvements to product management processes and act as the internal expert on Japan OEM development.
  • Requirements
    Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
    5 years or more experience in sales, application/resident engineering, product management or product design
    Strong experience in a customer facing role to JOEM or supplier
    Broad experiences in automotive electronics, audio systems, embedded software and/or noise management systems (ANC/RNC)
    Fluent Japanese and English communication
