We are a logistics tech venture company that operates a matching platform business connecting shippers and carriers and a SaaS business supporting operational DX for shippers.
In the over 14 trillion yen logistics industry, we combine our brand, nationwide sales network, and office business structure and products, We will revolutionize the logistics industry in Japan. We are also a company that has attracted a great deal of attention from investors and clients due to the high growth potential of the business.
This is a sales manager position for a matching platform that connects shippers and carriers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales activities and organizational management based on a deep understanding of the logistics issues faced by major logistics companies, manufacturers, and other clients that manage their own distribution operations, and proposing optimal logistics solutions.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Hearing of clients' issues and needs, relationship building
*Mainly shippers, about 30 locations per person
*Meetings are 80% face-to-face / 20% online.
*Relationship building with existing clients is about 90%. New business development is basically inbound.
KPI management and project promotion to create results
・Management of team (about 3-5 members)
・Liaison with dispatch team and product managers

- Requirements
- If you are one of the following:
・Experience in proposal-based logistics sales and management in the logistics/transportation industry
・Sales manager or equivalent or higher management experience in the IT industry

- Preferred
- Experience in KPI management
・Experience in a startup company
・Experience in sales to large companies

・Able to set realistic issues and execute strategies based on overwhelming resolution
・Willingness to change common sense in the industry and want to work in an environment that has a great impact on society
・In a fast-paced environment, Able to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment without being constrained by conventional wisdom
・Able to take ownership and involve others in the implementation of initiatives
