We aim to make further progress in the North American and Asian markets over the next few years. In this context, expanding business with Japanese complete vehicle manufacturers and automotive parts suppliers is extremely important. In order to accelerate product development and project launches centered on our Japanese subsidiary, we intend to actively recruit personnel with technical backgrounds in mechanics, electrical and electronics, and software.
You will be responsible for sales development for Japanese OEMs.
In addition to meeting sales and profit targets, this is a key position responsible for achieving client project goals.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- 1. formulate a business plan
- Identification and evaluation of business targets and opportunities
- Gathering and analyzing market information such as competitors' market shares, leading products, awards received, etc.
2. building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers
- Building relationships with key people within the client organization
- Manage customer priorities and provide appropriate reporting, response and escalation
- Support for regular monitoring and improvement of customer satisfaction
3. preparation of business negotiations and proposals
- Prepare estimates according to customer format and respond in time to meet project milestones
- Understanding cost structure and developing sales strategies
- Maintenance of contract documents in accordance with company policy
4. management of contractual and commercial documents
- Evaluate and respond to customer purchase requirements
- Maintain project records and contract documents
- Sales office process operations such as order management, billing, payment terms, parts sales, etc.
5. promotion of profit improvement measures
- Prepare quotations and negotiate for change requests from customers
- Management of local issues such as foreign exchange and raw material cost fluctuations
- Propose and implement measures to improve profitability (based on R.A.C.E. process)
6. negotiations with customers
- Preparation of business proposals and active negotiation
- Understand the program's business plan and develop appropriate business negotiation strategies
- Set price targets and develop a negotiation plan
