Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and implementation of population formation measures (including recruitment PR)
    ・Communication with stakeholders
    ・Communication with progressors/agents before and after each selection
    ・Examination/introduction of various media
    ・Communication with directors and managers (Recruitment is the most important management issue, so communication frequency is high)
  • Requirements
    -Minimum of 2 years of mid-career recruiting experience in a business company
    -Interest in software and hardware.
