The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of the following tasks required for managing employee success
Providing growth opportunities through feedback: Supporting the discovery of growth opportunities and remediation of issues through regular feedback
Improving the onboarding process: Optimizing the onboarding process so that employees can smoothly adapt to their jobs
Implementing engagement improvement measures: Employee satisfaction and engagement
Data analysis and reporting: analyze employee engagement data and propose and execute improvement measures

- Responsibilities
- Providing growth opportunities through feedback
Gathering issues faced by consultants, conducting consultations tailored to their conditions and introducing them to consultants,
Attending internal events, introducing existing internal communities, introducing mentor equivalents
Supporting consultants to participate in projects and improve their skills
Skill sheets Update skill sheets, lecture on client interviews
Conduct mock interviews, point out skills to improve
■Improve onboarding process
Support onboarding of new hires,
Plan, prepare, and run onboarding orientation
■Implement engagement improvement measures
Develop and implement measures to improve company-wide engagement through periodic surveys Prepare for survey implementation, and implement measures to improve engagement throughout the company
Preparation and operation of survey implementation
Analysis of survey results, feedback, and schedule adjustment
Planning, preparation, and operation of company-wide debriefing sessions
