Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Sell embedded software for ECU development.
    Build strong, long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
    Manage and grow Manage and grow key accounts across all organizational levels.
    Develop and execute account strategies for Japanese markets.
    Propose solutions tailored to customer needs using technical expertise.
    Understand market segments, product lines, and available engineering services.
    Achieve sales targets and report
    Achieve sales targets and report progress to stakeholders. Drive upselling and cross-selling within accounts.
  • Requirements
    Native-level Japanese and strong business English (spoken and written)
    Strong communicator able to clearly convey technical and non-technical topics
    Technical Sales experience in automotive software with connections to JOEMs and Tier 1s
    Knowledge of AUTOSAR ECU development, Functional Safety
    Ability to develop new business and show sales leadership, including team management
    Hunter and Hunter and closer sales mindset with the ability to negotiate long term contracts
  • Preferred
    Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecom, or related field preferred
