Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - On-Site Crane Delivery Support
    - Ensure proper installation, setup, and customer handover
    - Maintenance and Repairs on large mobile cranes (80t -1100t class)
    - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
    - Respond to customer-reported errors, malfunctions, or breakdowns - Investigate root causes and or breakdowns
    - Investigate root causes and implement solutions on-site
    - Conduct specification tests and quality checks to ensure proper functioning before delivery
    - Read and interpret technical manuals and specifications (often in English)
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service
    - Participate in overseas training and skill development programs as needed

    - Ability to speak English or willingness to learn
    - Mechanic license, engineering background, machinery repair skills or other mechanic related skills
